Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COQ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETS1, MDGA2, and DENND4A. Each is linked with COQ4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ4-to-partner and partner-to-COQ4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ4 versus ETS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
