Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COQ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS35P2, RN7SL810P, and LINC02374. Each is linked with COQ4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ4-to-partner and partner-to-COQ4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS35P2 grouped by COQ4-low versus COQ4-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
