Across TCGA cell cohorts, COQ4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,946 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN5, ALAS1, and GNA11. Each is linked with COQ4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ4-to-partner and partner-to-COQ4 results are reported.
