COQ3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,475 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL47, MRPS22, and CCDC58. Each is linked with COQ3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ3-to-partner and partner-to-COQ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 versus MRPL47 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
