Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COQ3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated COQ3 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher COQ3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COQ3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and THCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and READ are the cancer types where COQ3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
