COQ3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,518 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, SYDE1, and CAV1. Each is linked with COQ3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ3-to-partner and partner-to-COQ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 versus PPP1R18 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
