COQ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS33P4, MTND4LP20, and MIR8053. Each is linked with COQ3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ3-to-partner and partner-to-COQ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS33P4 grouped by COQ3-low versus COQ3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
