Across TCGA cell cohorts, COQ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,602 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ketone biosynthetic process, Quinone biosynthetic process, and Ubiquinone metabolic process. Each is linked with COQ3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ3-to-partner and partner-to-COQ3 results are reported.
