COQ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR2392, WBP1LP7, and ZYXP1. Each is linked with COQ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ2-to-partner and partner-to-COQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR2392 grouped by COQ2-low versus COQ2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
