The most reproducible COQ10B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with COQ10B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ10B-to-partner and partner-to-COQ10B results are reported.
