COPS7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,963 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA3, ING5, and STK25. Each is linked with COPS7B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS7B-to-partner and partner-to-COPS7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPS7B versus HNRNPA3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
