COPS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with COPS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS5-to-partner and partner-to-COPS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by COPS5-low versus COPS5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
