COPS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 718 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, OR7E33P, and IGHV3OR16-6. Each is linked with COPS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS4-to-partner and partner-to-COPS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by COPS4-low versus COPS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
