COPS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67, NCAPG, and ELAC2. Each is linked with COPS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS3-to-partner and partner-to-COPS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPS3 versus MKI67 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
