COPRS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPRS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-53P, SNRPGP2, and RN7SL230P. Each is linked with COPRS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPRS-to-partner and partner-to-COPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-53P grouped by COPRS-low versus COPRS-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
