Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL230P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL230P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL230P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RN7SL230P RNA expression shows 6,291 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL230P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RN7SL230P survival associations across molecular data types. RN7SL230P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (16). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RN7SL230P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RN7SL230P expression shows unfavorable associations in READ, HNSC and KIRC, but favorable associations in LUAD, CESC and SKCM. The LUAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .013). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUAD as the clearest survival context for RN7SL230P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RN7SL230P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RN7SL230P shows lower tumor expression in UCEC, READ and KIRP and higher tumor expression in HNSC and LUAD. The UCEC box plot shows higher RN7SL230P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.313, t-test p = .028).
