COPG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COPG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT1, AMELX, and SPHKAP. Each is linked with COPG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPG2-to-partner and partner-to-COPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT1 grouped by COPG2-low versus COPG2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
