COPB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COPB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,709 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD10, TSG101, and SPTY2D1. Each is linked with COPB1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPB1-to-partner and partner-to-COPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPB1 versus BTBD10 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
