Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, COPB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSH1, GALR1, and CDX4. Each is linked with COPB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPB1-to-partner and partner-to-COPB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSH1 grouped by COPB1-low versus COPB1-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
