COMTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-88P, MTCO1P44, and PHBP15. Each is linked with COMTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMTD1-to-partner and partner-to-COMTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-88P grouped by COMTD1-low versus COMTD1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
