Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,421 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LZTR1, TSPO, and TXNRD2. Each is linked with COMT in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMT-to-partner and partner-to-COMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMT versus LZTR1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
