COMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,751 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COMT_S131, MAPK1, and SLC25A1. Each is linked with COMT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMT-to-partner and partner-to-COMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMT versus COMT_S131 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
