COMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSSK1B and ASB17. Each is linked with COMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMT-to-partner and partner-to-COMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSSK1B grouped by COMT-low versus COMT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
