Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,909 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC4, MAF1, and PUF60. Each is linked with COMMD5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD5-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD5 versus EXOSC4 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
