COMMD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HGH1, PYCR3, and SCRIB. Each is linked with COMMD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD5-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD5 versus HGH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
