Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP31, and SLC6A14P2. Each is linked with COMMD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD5-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by COMMD5-low versus COMMD5-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
