Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 4E-BP1, and JNK2. Each is linked with COMMD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD5-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by COMMD5-low versus COMMD5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
