COMMD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMMD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,520 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHARPIN, HSF1, and MAF1. Each is linked with COMMD5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD5-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD5 versus SHARPIN in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
