Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COMMD10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher COMMD10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COMMD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and OV are the cancer types where COMMD10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
