Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COMMD10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher COMMD10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COMMD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where COMMD10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
