Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COMMD1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher COMMD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COMMD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where COMMD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
