COMMD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,143 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, TMF1_S344, and AHSA1. Each is linked with COMMD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD1-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD1 versus WRNIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
