Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXL, SCAI, and PLA2G15. Each is linked with COMMD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD1-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD1 results are reported.
