Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4726, OR2P1P, and MIR6775. Each is linked with COMMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD1-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4726 grouped by COMMD1-low versus COMMD1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
