Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLGALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLGALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD17AP9, MIR4539, and PPIAP24. Each is linked with COLGALT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLGALT1-to-partner and partner-to-COLGALT1 results are reported.
