COLEC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLEC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,081 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, and COPII-coated vesicle budding. Each is linked with COLEC12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential grouped by COLEC12-low versus COLEC12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
