COLEC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLEC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL10, CROCC2, and SSX7. Each is linked with COLEC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL10 grouped by COLEC12-low versus COLEC12-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
