COLEC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLEC11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, KIAA1191, and UBR7. Each is linked with COLEC11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC11-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by COLEC11-low versus COLEC11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLEC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLEC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
