Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLEC11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT1, WFDC8, and KRTAP1-4. Each is linked with COLEC11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC11-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC11 results are reported.
