Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,484 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLCA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADD3, EPB41L1, and DLG3. Each is linked with COLCA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLCA2-to-partner and partner-to-COLCA2 results are reported.
