Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COLCA2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated COLCA2 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher COLCA2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COLCA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and KIRP show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where COLCA2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
