Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,011 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLCA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to alcohol, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with COLCA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLCA2-to-partner and partner-to-COLCA2 results are reported.
