COL6A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL6A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,942 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL6A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, SERPINH1, and ACTN1. Each is linked with COL6A2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL6A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL6A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL6A2 versus ZYX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
