COL6A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL6A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,313 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL6A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of type I interferon production, Collagen fibril organization, and Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly. Each is linked with COL6A2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL6A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL6A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of type I interferon production grouped by COL6A2-low versus COL6A2-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
