COL6A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL6A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,589 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL6A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A2, GFPT2, and P3H1. Each is linked with COL6A1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL6A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL6A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL6A1 versus COL6A2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL6A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL6A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
