COL5A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL5A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,822 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL5A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, SERPINH1, and COL5A1. Each is linked with COL5A3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL5A3-to-partner and partner-to-COL5A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL5A3 versus RCN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL5A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL5A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
