COL5A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL5A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,944 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL5A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA4, LOX, and SPARC. Each is linked with COL5A3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL5A3-to-partner and partner-to-COL5A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL5A3 versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL5A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL5A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
