COL5A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL5A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,138 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL5A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A13, RFC5, and MRPL3. Each is linked with COL5A3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL5A3-to-partner and partner-to-COL5A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A13 grouped by COL5A3-low versus COL5A3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL5A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL5A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
