Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL4A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT3A1, S100G, and RFPL3. Each is linked with COL4A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL4A3-to-partner and partner-to-COL4A3 results are reported.
