Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,069 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA localization, Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling, and Kidney epithelium development. Each is linked with COL2A1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL2A1 results are reported.
